Redskins CB Byron Westbrook, the brother of free-agent RB Brian Westbrook, has been acquitted on all charges from a February arrest for suspicion of drunken driving.

Westbrook was stopped on Feb. 19 in Waldorf, Md., and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired, negligent driving and failing to stay on the right side of the road.

Jim Farmer, Westbrook’s lawyer, told The Washington Post that "several things all added up to there just wasn't enough evidence to stop this guy because he wasn't violating any laws."

The Redskins remain interested in adding Brian Westbrook, to whom coach Mike Shanahan reportedly has offered a contract.
