The Eagles have claimed S Brett Johnson off waivers from the Bills.

Johnson, 6-1, 194 pounds, was signed as a rookie free agent by the Bills following the 2010 draft but was released on June 25.

A two-year starter at free safety, the 23-year-old Johnson was a college teammate of Eagles WR DeSean Jackson at Cal.
