DT Fili Moala would be the first to admit that his initial season in a Colts uniform left a lot to be desired. But while Antonio Johnson and Daniel Muir are likely to hang on to their starting DT roles entering the 2010 season, it appears everybody connected with the team is envisioning a much bigger contribution from Moala, the team's second-round draft pick in '09. Shortly after the Colts' regular season came to an end, Colts team president Bill Polian made a point of telling PFW that he thought Moala, who played sparingly as a rookie, would make a greater impact in a system that is very difficult to fully master right off the bat. "Muir is a prime example of the longer adjustment that is often needed," one team insider said. "The feeling is that the door is wide open for Fili to be a big part of the rotation next season. They really like his overall athletic skills and his ability to play both tackle and end when need be."
