The Browns' four remaining restricted free agents — S Abram Elam, RB Jerome Harrison, OLB Matt Roth, FB Lawrence Vickers — have signed their one-year contract tenders, The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported Monday, joining ILB D'Qwell Jackson, whose re-signing was reported earlier in the day by The Plain Dealer.

Elam, Harrison, Jackson and Vickers, who have four accrued NFL seasons to their credit, received one-year, $1.759 million contract offers from Cleveland, while Roth, who has five accrued NFL seasons to his credit, received a one-year, $1.809 million tender.

The Browns' other restricted free agent, OLB Jason Trusnik, signed his one-year, $1.684 million tender in March.
