The Raiders agreed to terms with former Jaguars DT John Henderson on a one-year deal Friday, according to an ESPN report.
Henderson, 31, has been a full-time starter for his entire career, and he's versatile enough to play defensive tackle in a 4-3 defense or defensive end in a "30" front. Oakland is expected to mix in more 3-4 looks this season.
The Jaguars released Henderson, a first-round pick in 2002, on April 26. He was considered one of the top free agents available before the Raiders nabbed him.
