The NFL and the NFL Players Association released a joint statement Wednesday announcing they had reached a settlement in an unspecified dispute concerning the Raiders' offseason workout program.

Oakland will be stripped of two OTAs, which were scheduled for June 16 and 17, and players will not be allowed to enter the team's facility on those days, although they will be paid for the sessions, according to the release.

The league announced earlier this week that the Ravens had been stripped of their final round of OTAs for a violation of league policy.
