CB Darrelle Revis is said to be negotiating a new contract with the Jets, and he's apparently staying away from voluntary OTAs to show how unhappy he is with the way those talks are going.
The New York Post is reporting that Revis is "furious" with the Jets' initial contract offer. It's not clear how much money the Jets offered, but the report says Revis felt it was "pitifully low."
Revis is likely seeking a contract that will make him the league's highest-paid corner. The Raiders' Nnamdi Asomugha earned that title after signing a three-year deal for $45.3 million in 2009.
