The Ravens have signed PK Shayne Graham to a one-year contract, the club confirmed on its official Web site Thursday. 

Graham, who connected on 23-of-28 field-goal attempts for Cincinnati last season, will compete with Billy Cundiff for the Ravens' PK job. The 33-year-old Graham spent the previous seven seasons with the Bengals, who are having a PK competition of their own between Mike Nugent and Dave Rayner.

According to ESPN.com, the contract is worth up to $2.5 million including incentives.
