Free-agent PK Shayne Graham is close to signing a one-year contract with the Ravens, reported Tuesday. The (Baltimore) Sun also confirmed's report.

The 32-year-old Graham will compete with Billy Cundiff for the Ravens' PK job. Graham hit 23-of-28 field goals for Cincinnati last season and averaged 63.3 yards on 69 kickoffs. However, he missed a pair of field goals in the Bengals' wild-card round loss to the Jets, and Cincinnati elected to sign PKs Mike Nugent and Dave Rayner to replace him.

Graham was accurate throughout his seven seasons with the Bengals, connecting on 86.8 percent of his FG attempts (177-of-204).
