The Bengals announced Tuesday that they have signed free-agent OG-OT Isaac Sowells, a fourth-year NFL veteran.

Sowells, a 6-3, 320-pounder, played for the Browns from 2006-08, appearing in 17 games. He was waived by Cleveland on Sept. 6, 2009, and was out of the league last season.
