Saints TE Jeremy Shockey has been released from the hospital, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reported Friday, after he suffered seizure-like symptoms in the team's weight room Thursday afternoon.

There has been speculation that dehydration may have caused Shockey's symptoms.

Shockey is planning to attend the Saints' minicamp next week, according to NFL Network.
