Saints TE Jeremy Shockey was taken to a hospital after experiencing seizure-like systems during a workout in the team's weight room, reports indicate.

One anonymous witness told NewOrleans.com that it looked like Shockey suffered "a mild seizure or a full body cramp."

He was able to walk to an ambulance, according to the reports.

Shockey is heading into his ninth season and third with the Saints. He made 48 catches for 569 yards and three touchdowns in 2009.
