The Raiders aren't done with JaMarcus Russell quite yet.

The team has filed a grievance against Russell, who was released May 7, and is seeking repayment of $9.55 million, according to a Yahoo! Sports report.

Yahoo! cites two NFL sources in the report.

The Raiders contend that Russell's contract changed at one point while he was still on the team and that he's not allowed to keep all of the money he was paid prior to being released.

Part of the $32 million Russell was guaranteed included salary advances for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 seasons and the report says a portion of those salaries is in question.
