The Bengals re-signed TE Reggie Kelly, one of the NFL's better blockers at his position, on Thursday.
Kelly missed the entire 2009 season after rupturing his left Achilles tendon in August. From 2003-08, Kelly started 86 games for Cincinnati. He equaled a career high with 31 catches in 2008.
The 6-foot-4, 256-pound Kelly began his career with the Falcons, for whom he played from 1999-2002.
In other Bengals roster moves Thursday, the club signed undrafted free-agent CB Johnny Sears and claimed RB Walter Mendenhall off waivers from Buffalo.
