Saints WR Robert Meachem will be sidelined until training camp at the earliest after undergoing surgery on his toe, according to reports.
The procedure repaired torn cartilage in the second toe of his left foot.
"It's going to set him back," head coach Sean Payton told neworleans.com. "Our goal is to get him back in time for the start of training camp, the first week or so."
New Orleans' camp opens on July 29.
Meachem had 45 catches for 722 yards and nine touchdowns last season after making just 12 catches in the first two seasons of his career.
