The Bengals claimed first-year S DeAngelo Willingham off waivers from Seattle on Thursday. The Seahawks released him on Wednesday.
Willingham, 23, had stints with the Buccaneers, Cowboys, Patriots and Seahawks last season. He spent the final nine games of the '09 season on Seattle's practice squad, and the Seahawks signed him to their offseason roster on Jan. 5.
Willingham signed with the Bucs last May after going undrafted out of Tennessee.
