NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Monday that there was no set schedule for when he would announce a decision on discipline for Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger.

"I don't have a timetable other than making a decision that's right," said Goodell, speaking on "The Dan Patrick Show."

Yahoo! Sports reported Sunday night that Goodell is expected to suspend Roethlisberger on Monday or Tuesday.

Goodell told Patrick that Roethlisberger, who was investigated but not charged by Georgia authorities in connection with an alleged sexual assault in March, had violated the NFL's personal-conduct policy.

"The issue here is with respect to a pattern of behavior and bad judgments," Goodell said.
