Buccaneers WR Maurice Stovall signed his restricted free-agent tender Friday, the team announced. The one-year deal is worth $1.176 million.
Stovall, a fifth-year veteran, is coming off the best season of his career. He started seven games in 2009 and made 24 catches for 366 yards. A third-round pick in ’06, the good-sized target should be a key contributor in Tampa Bay's receiver rotation again next season.
