The Vikings re-signed three of their restricted free agents Monday — OL Ryan Cook, DT Fred Evans and S Eric Frampton.

Cook, a fifth-year veteran, started 33 of his first 38 games at right tackle but had no starts in his 16 games last season. The versatile Cook can play all five positions on the offensive line.

Evans, another fifth-year player, participated in 13 games with the Vikings last season, recording nine tackles. He had three tackles in the playoff win over Dallas.

Frampton, a fourth-year player, ranked fourth on the team in special-teams tackles last season with 18, and his three-year total of 53 special-teams tackles is a team high.
