Jets WRs Braylon Edwards and Brad Smith have signed their restricted free-agent tenders, according to a tweet from a New York Daily News reporter.

Both players will have to report to mandatory offseason activities or face a fine as a result. The report indicates both are participating in voluntary workouts.
