The Jets have agreed to a one-year deal with FB Tony Richardson.
The 38-year-old is heading into his 16th season, but he's still effective at this late stage of his career. Richardson will have a new back to block for in 2010, as the Jets held a conference call to introduce LaDainian Tomlinson, who signed a two-year deal earlier this week, on Tuesday.
Richardson spent the first 11 seasons of his career with the Chiefs and played for the Vikings for two years before landing in New York. He has played in all 35 games the team has played, including the postseason, since joining the Jets.
