The Raiders' voluntary offseason workout program began Monday, and two of the team's quarterbacks were in attendance after signing their restricted free-agent tenders, according to reports.
Bruce Gradkowski signed a one-year, $1.759 contract while Charlie Frye signed a one-year, $1.226 million deal. While those two showed up at the first workout, JaMarcus Russell did not.
Head coach Tom Cable said the starting quarterback job would be open for competition this offseason.
