After 10 seasons, FB Brad Hoover's time with the Panthers has apparently come to an end.

Panthers S Chris Harris made the announcement that Hoover had been cut on Twitter.

Hoover, 33, was due to make just under $1 million in 2010. Carolina has a replacement for him on the roster in Tony Fiammetta, who was drafted in the fourth round last year. Hoover battled injuries in 2009 and played in 11 games while making four starts.
