The Vikings lost another key free agent Saturday when versatile OL Artis Hicks agreed to a deal with the Redskins. Terms of the deal were not immediately available.

The Vikings lost RB Chester Taylor on Friday to the Bears.

Hicks has spent the last four seasons in Minnesota, playing every position along the offensive line except center. He spent 2009 as the top backup at both OG and OT spots.

A likely position for Hicks to play in Washington is right guard, as the previous starter there, Randy Thomas, was released prior to the start of the free-agent signing period.
