The Broncos have agreed to terms with NT Justin Bannan on a five-year contract, reports indicate.

Some expect Bannan, 30, to become the team's starting nose tackle. Ronald Fields started at nose for Denver last season and wore down along with several other defenders toward the end of the season after getting off to a good start.

Bannan is heading into his ninth NFL season. He spent the previous four seasons with the Ravens after spending the first four years of his career with the Bills. It's a homecoming of sorts for Bannan, who played at the University of Colorado.
