The Broncos re-signed two of their veteran unrestricted free agents Friday, according to reports.
OG Russ Hochstein and WR Brandon Lloyd both signed new deals. Hochstein will likely get a chance to compete for the starting job at left guard. Lloyd was only active in two games last season, but Denver valued his presence and kept him on the roster even though he didn't contribute on special teams.
Hochstein, 32, was acquired from the Patriots for a seventh-round pick last year and became Denver's starter at left guard around midseason. He tore his ACL late in the season, though, and finished the campaign on injured reserve.
