The Jaguars announced today that they have re-signed DT Atiyyah Ellison and OG Kynan Forney. The length and terms of both contracts were not disclosed. Ellison was scheduled to become a restricted free agent at midnight tonight, while Forney would have become an unrestricted free agent.

Ellison, 28, played in 15 games last season, starting six games before sustaining a knee injury Dec. 27 at New England. Ellison recorded 28 tackles and one sack. He was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2005 draft. Ellison was signed by the Jaguars from the 49ers practice squad in December of 2008.

Forney, 31, played in three games for the Jaguars last season after being signed by the club in September. He was a seventh-round draft pick by the Falcons in 2001.
