It's a safe bet that QB Matt Moore will be playing in Charlotte next season.
The Panthers tendered Moore at the highest level Wednesday, according to the Charlotte Observer. A team would have to give up a first- and third-round pick to sign him away.
Moore's one-year offer is for $3.043 million.
Panthers CB Richard Marshall received a second-round tender Wednesday, according to an ESPN report. He'll make $1.759 million in 2010 should he sign the tender.
