The Broncos have tendered WR Brandon Marshall, who will become a restricted free agent on March 5, at the first-round level, according to an ESPN report.

Reports indicate Denver also tendered QB Kyle Orton and OG Chris Kuper at the first-round level, and TE Tony Scheffler, who clashed with head coach Josh McDaniels at the end of last season, received a second-round tender.
