It's looking more as if the Cowboys will keep their deep stable of running backs rather than trading one for help elsewhere. Marion Barber, Felix Jones and Tashard Choice might be the best threesome in the NFL, but it has been difficult to get all three involved in a single game, which has led people to speculate that either the declining Barber or the rising Choice could be dealt. Cowboys COO/executive vice president Stephen Jones said at the Combine he expects all three to return next season. But that doesn't mean there won't be a shift in how they are used. It's very likely that Barber's touches will decrease and those of the other two will increase. Keeping Felix Jones healthy has been an issue, and it always could be something the Cowboys must worry about, which factors into the team keeping all three backs. But it was clear he was the team's best back at season's end, when he started showing the kind of game-breaking skills for which he was drafted.
