Buccaneers WLB Geno Hayes will be kept out of offseason practice for 3-4 months after undergoing surgery to repair a torn labrum, according to Bright House Sports Network.

He sustained the injury in Tampa Bay's season finale.

Hayes started 13 games last season and made the second-most tackles on the team with 98. The second-year veteran also had three sacks, two interceptions and he forced one fumble.
