The Cardinals have announced the hiring of Tommie Robinson as the team’s new running backs coach. Robinson joins the Cardinals after spending the past three seasons (2007-09) as the running backs coach for the University of Miami (Fla).

A 16-year collegiate coaching veteran, Robinson has worked in the college ranks with Memphis, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State UNLV, TCU, Utah State and Arkansas, in addition to working in the NFL as an offensive assistant with the Dallas Cowboys.
Robinson replaces Curtis Modkins, who left to become the Bills’ offensive coordinator under new head coach Chan Gailey.
