The NFL has fined Ravens LB Ray Lewis $5,000 for his hit on Colts WR Austin Collie in the divisional round of the playoffs last weekend.

Lewis was fined for unnecessary roughness, specifically his helmet-to-helmet hit on Collie during the second quarter of the Colts' 20-3 victory.
