Jets WR Braylon Edwards is expected to rejoin his team for meetings Tuesday after appearing in a Cleveland court earlier in the day.
Edwards pleaded no contest in Cleveland Municipal Court to charges of aggravated disorderly conduct and was placed on probation. The charges stemmed from an October incident in front of a Cleveland nightclub, when Edwards punched a man in the face. He was traded from the Browns to the Jets two days after the scuffle.
The fifth-year veteran received a suspended 180-day jail sentence and was fined $1,000.
