After witnessing Josh McDaniels question the severity of Brandon Marshall's hamstring injury before deactivating him in Week 17, sources in Denver are having a hard time imagining Marshall wearing a Broncos uniform in 2010. Marshall and McDaniels seemed to get along for all but the end of the regular season, but they are feuding once again and there is talk that the team will trade Marshall. Denver may, however, have to lower its expectations for the package it wants in return for the fourth-year receiver. The Broncos will either use a franchise or transition tag on Marshall or issue him a one-year tender when he becomes a free agent in March to keep him from departing on his own. Word is the team would be happy to trade him for first- and third-round picks, but, like last year, when no team was willing to pay the high price of acquiring Marshall, the Broncos' demands could chase potential suitors away.
