The Buccaneers' ownership ended the speculation about head coach Raheem Morris' future on Monday. There were reports in late December that the Bucs had reached out to former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher about replacing Morris, but Co-chairman Joel Glazer announced Morris will indeed remain Tampa Bay's head coach.

"We are committed to the plan that we began 12 months ago with Coach Morris, and we look forward to building on the pieces that were put in place this season," Glazer said.

The Bucs went 3-13 this season, but two of their three wins came in the final three weeks of the season, as they upset the Seahawks and the Saints on the road.
