According to the website part-owned by his agent, Packers veteran starting CB Al Harris will miss the rest of the season after tearing the ACL in his left knee in the Packers’ 30-24 victory over the Niners. Harris, in his 12th season, and fellow veteran Charles Woodson were widely considered one of the league’s best starting CB duos.
Harris would presumably be replaced by third-year CB Tramon Williams, a highly regarded third corner who did a good job replacing Harris last season when he missed four games with a ruptured spleen.
