After getting off to a 6-0 start, the Broncos have fallen off course recently, dropping three straight, but we hear that head coach Josh McDaniels hasn't allowed his first sustained losing streak as a head coach to affect his style of leadership. Broncos RB Correll Buckhalter told PFW that McDaniels has made it clear he's frustrated with the way things are going but has remained steady. "(McDaniels has) been the same since I first met him in minicamp," he said. The first-time head coach, however, was stern in his comments to the team after its loss to the Redskins in Week 10. "Josh is a fiery coach," Buckhalter said. "He (talked to us) like a grown man would. There was no cursing at anybody or anything, but there was tension in his voice." Buckhalter, who signed a four-year deal with the Broncos in the offseason, has struggled during Denver's decline, rushing 19 times for just 51 yards in the three losses.

PFW has launched its brand-new NFL Draft Newsletter series, with the second issue being released later this month. Produced by PFW's player personnel department under the direction of Nolan Nawrocki, the series consists of four information-packed issues.
