Colts WR Reggie Wayne is continuing his rock-solid fantasy play. Wayne had 10 catches for 126 yards and a pair of TDs against the archrival Patriots last week. It was the fourth time he eclipsed 100 yards this year and the 30th time in his career.

Is Seahawks WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh getting hot at just the right time? Housh had nine catches for 165 yards last week against Arizona after scoring a TD one week earlier.

Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin might not have liked sitting against the Bears a few weeks back, but his time off certainly seemed to pay dividends last week as he registered his first 100-yard game of the season. Larry Fitzgerald, meanwhile, caught his eighth TD of the season, tying him for the most in the league with Reggie Wayne.

If you are suddenly in need of emergency WR help, look no further than Rams rookie WR Brandon Gibson, who looks like he will start the rest of the season along with Donnie Avery (multiple TDs for the first time in his career) after Keenan Burton suffered a season-ending knee injury. Gibson was very impressive against the Saints last week in his first sustained action as a Ram, catching seven passes for 93 yards.

It might be worth carefully monitoring Packers WR Greg Jennings, who didn't have as many snaps as normal against Dallas last week and could be favoring a bruised knee.

Panthers WR Steve Smith is a good starting option this week. He'll be matched up against a Dolphins' pass defense that is ranked 27th and starts two rookies at cornerback.

Buccaneers WR Antonio Bryant returned to practice on Wednesday, but it's still not clear whether he will play on Sunday. Monitor his status over the weekend, but he's probably not worth a start even if he's healthy. That knee is clearly still bothering him.

Broncos WR Brandon Marshall was kept out of practice on Wednesday with a neck injury, but he's likely to play vs. San Diego. Keep an eye on Marshall's status this weekend and, barring a setback, he should be in all lineups.

With WR Dwayne Bowe suspended four games for using performance-enhancing drugs, the Chiefs will be without their top receiver for the next month. That leaves recent pickup Chris Chambers as the team's No. 1 WR, with Bobby Wade, Lance Long and Mark Bradley all likely to pick up extra playing time. Although none is a reliable fantasy option at the moment, Chambers has the most value of the bunch, as he has 6-130-2 in his two games as a Chief. Pick him up if you need help at wideout, but only start him this week vs. the Steelers if you're desperate.

Bills WR Terrell Owens had arguably his best outing of his disappointing 2009 last week, catching three passes for 85 yards at Tennessee. The same goes for WR Lee Evans, who had 4-50-2 in the contest. Going into this Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Evans looks like the safer fantasy play, as his production has been decent over the past month, especially with Ryan Fitzpatrick, this week's starter, at QB. T.O. is a riskier start, but if you're looking for a WR with upside, he's not a bad choice in larger leagues.

The Ravens' Derrick Mason is a solid fantasy start as a flex player or No. 3 wideout this week. The Colts have surrendered more than 300 yards through the air in each of their last two games.

Texans WR Andre Johnson is tough for any team to stop, but the Titans have had particular trouble stopping him. Johnson has snagged 21-356-3 in his last two starts vs. Tennessee and takes his game to an even higher level when he faces the trash-talking Cortland Finnegan. However, note that Johnson has particularly had success going up against Nick Harper, who is likely to miss this game. Harper's replacement, Rod Hood, has played well, but Johnson definitely had an edge in that matchup.

Temper your expectations for Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco's production this week. Ochocinco will likely find himself covered by stellar Raiders CB Nnamdi Asomugha on Sunday, and this is not a good matchup for Ochocinco, who can have problems against taller, rangier cornerbacks. (Note the success the Steelers' Ike Taylor has had against him over the years.)

Vikings WR Sidney Rice told PFW he likes the way Bernard Berrian (hamstring) has looked recently and that he expects a full-health Berrian anytime now.

Jaguars WR Mike Sims-Walker continues to impress. Facing a tough matchup in the Jets last week, Sims-Walker still had 49 receiving yards and a TD. In fact, Sims-Walker has at least 80 receiving yards in five of his seven starts this season. Despite facing a Bills' secondary that has been solid, he is not a bad No. 2 or 3 option.
