The NFL has fined Browns QB Brady Quinn $10,000 for blocking Ravens OLB Terrell Suggs low on an interception return in Baltimore's 16-0 win vs. Cleveland Monday night, ESPN.com reported Wednesday.

Suggs suffered a sprained right knee on the play and will miss at least Baltimore's Week 11 game vs. Indianapolis. Quinn has apologized multiple times for the play and reportedly acknowledged on Wednesday that he had been fined.

Suggs, 27, has 42 tackles and 3½ sacks this season. Rookie Paul Kruger could replace him in the lineup.
