OG Arron Sears has returned to the Buccaneers. Sears had been on the Reserve/Did Not Report list since July 31 after he failed to show up for training camp.

Sears left the team during offseason workouts and it's been reported that he was dealing with the effects of a concussion he suffered during the 2008 season. Tampa Bay will have up to two weeks to evaluate Sears before he counts against the 53-man roster. Sears will be allowed to practice, but after two weeks the team must activate him or let him go.

"We welcome Arron back to the team," said Bucs General Manager Mark Dominik in a statement released by the team. "Throughout this process we have remained in close contact with Arron and his agent, and this is a good opportunity for him to integrate himself back into our football team."
