Successfully changing defensive schemes in the NFL doesn't happen overnight. Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio knew there would be some growing pains when he decided to move to a 3-4 this season, but it seems Del Rio has seen enough, at least for the time being. Jacksonville moved back to a 4-3 in Week Nine, and while Del Rio cited a lack of pressure on the QB as the main reason, we hear it is no coincidence the change occurred after being gashed by Chris Johnson and the Titans for 305 rushing yards in Week Eight. The results were apparent, albeit against the Chiefs, with the Jaguars winning 24-21 while holding Kansas City's feeble rushing attack to 60 yards and also sacking Matt Cassel three times. The way we hear it, you can expect to see the Jaguars lining up in the 4-3 again this week when the team travels to the Meadowlands to face the Jets, whose ground game leads the league, averaging 177.6 yards per game.

PFW has launched its brand-new NFL Draft Newsletter series, with the second issue being released later this month.
