In the midst of an incredible hot streak, Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams may have just hit a bump in the road. Williams was forced to sit out Friday's practice with a knee injury, and he's now considered questionable to play Sunday against the Falcons. Williams reportedly was seen walking around the team facility without a limp, but he's still going to be a game-time decision. His owners need to check back Sunday morning to check his status, as he's a must-start if active. Carolina RB Jonathan Stewart (Achilles) and WR Muhsin Muhammad (knee) are also listed as questionable, but both are expected to be fine for the tilt with Atlanta.

Three key wideouts were limited in practice this week and have been labeled questionable for Week 10. Both the Falcons' Roddy White (knee) and Minnesota's Bernard Berrian (hamstring) put in some work each day and could suit up Sunday, but you'll have to confirm they are active before deploying them. White has his usual amount of value even against a tough Panthers pass defense, and Berrian could be worth starting because of his enticing matchup with the Lions. The outlook isn't as good, however, for Bills WR Terrell Owens, who only was able to practice Friday due to a hip injury he said he suffered while sleeping. A huge disappointment this season, T.O. won't be a quality fantasy start at less than 100 percent, if he plays at all.

Two important fantasy players who missed Week Nine are expected to make their return Sunday. Eagles RB Brian Westbrook, coming off both a concussion and ankle injury, practiced fully on both Thursday and Friday and is listed as probable for Sunday's game at San Diego. Given the Chargers' troubles against the run, Westbrook is worth getting back into your lineup. Meanwhile, Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin sat out last Sunday with a bad ankle but put in full practices every day this week and is considered probable to face the Seahawks. Owners should feel free to use him as they normally would in this relatively favorable matchup.

The Redskins' backfield situation has the potential to be quite a mess this week. With Clinton Portis already ruled out due to a Week Nine concussion, it was thought that Ladell Betts would handle the bulk of the workload Sunday vs. the Broncos. But an ankle injury forced Betts to sit out Wednesday and Thursday, and he wasn't able to do much in Friday's practice. This has Betts listed as questionable, and it has caused head coach Jim Zorn to say that Washington will employ a committee approach this week regardless of Betts' status. With Betts likely sharing carries with Rock Cartwright and possibly Quinton Ganther, nobody in this backfield deserves much fantasy consideration against Denver's stout run "D."

There hasn't been much good news in Oakland this season, but the team should get some this week with both RB Darren McFadden and WR Chaz Schilens set to return. McFadden has missed the last four games with a knee injury, but he practiced all week and definitely will play Sunday against the Chiefs. Since he may not start and will be splitting time with Justin Fargas and Michael Bush, owners might want to wait before putting him back in their lineup. Schilens, meanwhile, will make his regular-season debut after cracking a bone in his foot back in August. If he comes out and performs well, owners in need of receiver help should give thought to adding him.

Other notable players listed as questionable this week are: Patriots RB Sammy Morris (knee), Bucs RB Derrick Ward (knee) and Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano (hip). In addition, Titans WR Justin Gage (back), Saints WR Lance Moore (ankle) and Packers TE Jermichael Finley (knee) have already been ruled out, while Bucs WR Antonio Bryant (knee) is doubtful.
