START

Ravens QB Joe Flacco (at CLE): The past two weeks have not been kind to Flacco, as he's thrown just one TD, two INTs and for an average of 185 yards. But a matchup with the Browns should be just what he needs to get back on track. Flacco already torched Cleveland once this season, racking up 342 yards and a TD against them in Week Three. Look for more of the same this Monday night against the league's lowest-ranked defense.

Dolphins RB Ricky Williams (vs. TB): While Ronnie Brown has sputtered over the last three games, Williams has been strong, scoring four times. In fact, his fantasy production for the season is only slightly below Brown's. That makes Williams a quality start most weeks, but especially in Week 10 against the Bucs, whose run "D" is allowing 163.4 yards per game. Miami should control this game, meaning plenty of carries for its backfield duo.

Cardinals RB Tim Hightower (vs. SEA): Beanie Wells has been coming on strong as of late, but Hightower remains the man in the Arizona backfield. He has TDs in four of his last five outings, and last week he piled up 88 yards on 16 touches at Chicago. This Sunday he'll go against a Seattle defense that's been decent vs. the run but will be more concerned with slowing down QB Kurt Warner and the passing attack. That should open up room for Hightower to have another solid day.

Jets WR Braylon Edwards (vs. JAX): Since arriving in New York, Edwards has been up and down, playing well in his two meetings with the Dolphins but doing little in his other two contests. However, he should continue his trend of feasting on Florida teams this Sunday vs. Jacksonville. The Jags have one of the NFL's weaker secondaries, having given up 15 TD passes this season, and QB Mark Sanchez should exploit them. Look for at least one trip to paydirt for Edwards.

Vikings WR Sidney Rice (vs. DET): Now that QB Brett Favre has spent half a season in Minnesota, it's pretty clear who his favorite receiver is: Rice. Leading the team with 37 receptions, Rice is averaging 117.3 yards in his last three games, making plenty of tough grabs along the way. This week he gets the Lions' horrible pass defense, which has been carved up for 19 scoring tosses in '09. He and Favre should have a field day against them Sunday as they each have big performances.

SIT

Falcons QB Matt Ryan (at CAR): This season has not been quite the breakout campaign many expected from Ryan. In his past four contests, the second-year QB has thrown six TDs compared to eight INTs, reaching 200 yards just once. This week he gets a Panthers "D" he had success against earlier in the year but that has been stellar defending the pass, allowing only 181.8 yards per game. The Falcons should be able to run all over Carolina, meaning Ryan likely won't be airing it out a whole lot.

Buccaneers RB Cadillac Williams (at MIA): It's become evident that Williams is the main man in the Bucs' backfield, as he has nearly twice as many carries as anyone else on the team. That said, he belongs on fantasy benches this week against the Dolphins. Miami has been very stingy to opposing runners, yielding 94.5 yards per game and 3.7 yards per carry. Expect the 'Fins to load up the box in this one and force rookie QB Josh Freeman to beat them with his arm.

Redskins RB Ladell Betts (vs. DEN): With Clinton Portis expected to sit out Week 10 after suffering a concussion last Sunday, Betts is in line to start against the Broncos. However, that doesn't mean he should be starting for your fantasy squad. Although Denver gave up a heap of rushing yards to Pittsburgh Monday night, its solid defensive front has allowed three TDs on the ground this season. Running behind a depleted O-line, Betts should have his share of struggles.

Jaguars WR Torry Holt (at NYJ): Since the Jaguars' Week Seven bye, Holt has been nearly invisible, catching just six passes for 54 yards. Look for the rough times to continue this Sunday for Holt when he travels to New York, as the Jets have the NFL's No. 2 pass defense, giving up just 165.3 yards per contest and surrendering five TD passes on the season. Jacksonville might be forced to throw often this week, but Holt can't produce if he can't get open.

Titans WR Nate Washington (vs. BUF): Washington wasn't exactly playing great before Vince Young took over at QB, but the move certainly hasn't helped his numbers, as he has 5-52-1 in two games with Young under center. Even though Washington might be increased targets this week with Justin Gage (back) sidelined, it probably won't matter, as he's facing a Buffalo "D" that has yielded only six scoring tosses in '09. It's best to stay away from anything involving the Titans' passing game.
