With only a handful of plays under his belt this season, OLT Levi Jones is being thrown into the mix after injuries to Chris Samuels and Mike Williams. Stephon Heyer, who had been replacing Samuels at left tackle, gives way to Jones and shifts back to right tackle in Williams' spot. The game of musical chairs on the Redskins' offensive line has led to some ugly numbers offensively, including a paltry running game and 28 sacks allowed, with 20 of those coming in the past five games as injuries have shredded the unit. Jones is not a long-term solution in Washington, but he could make a statement for next season if he plays well. Despite being cut in the offseason by the Bengals, Jones, 30, could be next year's starter if he plays well down the stretch. Samuels' career is in jeopardy, and when Jones was healthy he had a reputation as being a tough player with a strong work ethic.
