The revolving door at placekicker for the Buccaneers continues to spin as the team cut Shane Andrus and signed Connor Barth on Tuesday.

Barth, who signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent last season, was released by the Dolphins on Aug. 29. He made 10-of-12 kicks in 10 games for Kansas City in 2008 and was cut on July 28.

Andrus spent three games with the Bucs after replacing Mike Nugent, who was cut after making 2-of-6 field goals in the first four games of the season. Andrus missed his only field goal attempt for Tampa Bay.

The Bucs also signed CB Mike Mickens from the Cowboys' practice squad and released CB Marcus McCauley. Mickens was a seventh-round pick of Dallas' this year.
