A visit to noted foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson gave RB Ahmad Bradshaw the good news he was looking for. The second opinion proved valuable, as Anderson determined that Bradshaw following the same routine he has to protect his injured foot — limited or no practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays with his foot and ankle in a protective boot, limited practice on Fridays and game action on Sundays — should serve him fine the rest of the season. It's great news for the Giants, who also have RB Danny Ware healthy now and can limit Bradshaw's carries to the 10-12 range per game. There is a potential downfall, though: He runs bowlegged, putting more pressure on the outside of his foot and the damaged fifth metatarsal, and if someone steps on it during a game, Bradshaw is probably done. Still, the way he is running, despite a bad game against the Cardinals, Bradshaw is too valuable to lose now.
