Eagles RB Brian Westbrook suffered a concussion during the first quarter of the Eagles-Redskins "Monday Night Football" game.

Redskins LB London Fletcher's knee caught the back of Westbrook's helmet at the conclusion of a five-yard run midway through the opening period.

Westbrook lay on the field for several minutes before walking off under his own power and heading to the locker room. He wasn't expected to return.
