The Buccaneers were dealing with enough negative publicity after an 0-6 start, but things only got worse as the team prepared to play on an international stage in London. The Florida state attorney filed charges of misdemeanor battery against CB Aqib Talib on Oct. 22 after an investigation of an incident in which Talib allegedly punched a cab driver while riding in the back of his cab in August. While the Bucs and the NFL opted not to discipline Talib after the charges were formally brought, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell now is likely to suspend Talib for violating the league's personal-conduct policy. This is not the first time Talib's character has come into question, as he has been involved in a series of off-field incidents, including a fight with teammate Torrie Cox in May and another fight with then-teammate Cory Boyd at the league's rookie symposium in 2008. Talib, who made three picks in a Week Four game, is in his first season as a full-time starter.
