START

Falcons QB Matt Ryan (at DAL): While Ryan hasn't been extremely prolific from a yardage standpoint this season, he has been a steady producer of TDs, throwing for multiple scores in four of his five contests. He has a great chance to do exactly that this week against a Cowboys defense that has been much more vulnerable through the air thus far, allowing 251.4 passing yards per game. In a matchup of solid offenses, expect Ryan to be at his best.

Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson (at KC): Tomlinson did not get off to the start he hoped for this season, hurting his ankle in Week One, sitting out two games and then posting a dud in his return. But the former Pro Bowler looked to be rejuvenated last week, running with authority and racking up 100 yards from scrimmage vs. a staunch Denver "D." Matchups don't get much sweeter than his one with the Chiefs this Sunday, so start him with confidence against a team giving up 130.3 rushing yards on average.

Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (vs. BUF): After an Achilles injury forced him to begin the season slowly, Stewart had a breakout performance last week vs. the Bucs, running for 110 yards and a score on 17 carries. If that wasn't enough to start him this week, his matchup with the Bills should seal the deal. Buffalo has been the league's worst run defense in 2009, allowing 181.8 yards per contest and eight TDs on the ground. Both J-Stew and DeAngelo Williams should run wild.

Cowboys WR Miles Austin (vs. ATL): Fresh off a bye week following his monster 10-250-2 game at Kansas City, Austin will be one of the most intriguing players to watch Sunday. Joining the starting lineup opposite Roy Williams, will Austin have another ridiculous output, or will his Week Five explosion turn out to be a fluke? Given his top-end speed and how much Tony Romo likes throwing to him, it's likely to be the former. Don't risk leaving a fantasy player with his potential on the bench.

Steelers TE Heath Miller (vs. MIN): The rise of the Steelers' passing game this season has benefited Miller immensely, as he's on track to easily have his best season yet. He has had at least five catches in all but one game so far, and has four TD grabs in his last three outings. His run of big production should continue this week, as he faces a Minnesota defense that has been routinely burned by tight ends (see Vernon Davis and Jermichael Finley).

SIT

Eagles QB Donovan McNabb (at WAS):
After returning from his broken ribs with a vengeance in Week Five, McNabb had a major letdown last Sunday in Oakland, completing just 48 percent of his passes and not throwing a TD pass. He's likely to get back on track soon, but it might not be this Monday night at Washington, which is allowing only 169 passing yards per game. Plus, McNabb did not fare well against the Redskins in 2008, averaging 213 yards in two meetings with no scores.

Dolphins RB Ricky Williams (vs. NO): Williams certainly hasn't looked like a 32-year-old back this season, running hard and quick and gaining 5.2 yards per carry. But this week he goes against a Saints run defense that has been superb so far, giving up 83.4 rushing yards per game and just four scores on the ground. While Williams makes for a nice flex play most weeks, this could be a game in which he doesn't get much going.

Cowboys RB Felix Jones (vs. ATL): After injuring his knee in Week Three and subsequently missing the next two games, Jones makes his return this Sunday against Atlanta. While it's impossible to ignore his effectiveness early on (10.1 yards per carry), Jones simply won't be involved enough in the offense this week to trust him in fantasy lineups. With Marion Barber fully healthy and Tashard Choice likely to see his fair share of work, Jones will spend most of this contest on the sideline.

Bills WR Terrell Owens (at CAR): While expectations for Owens this season were all over the map, not many people predicted he'd be this bad. Through six games, he has just 15-215-1 receiving, and he hasn't had more than four receptions in a contest. Don't look for him to suddenly bust out of his slump Sunday at Carolina, which is yielding a mere 156.8 passing yards per game. Plus, he has had little time to practice with this week's starting QB, Ryan Fitzpatrick, which obviously won't help.

49ers WR Josh Morgan (at HOU):
Dubbed a sleeper by many this summer, the talented Morgan fizzled in the early going, dropping passes and never establishing himself as a primary target for QB Shaun Hill. Then, just when it seemed like Morgan's play was picking up, the Niners signed rookie Michael Crabtree, who is expected to take over Morgan's spot in the starting lineup. Given that his playing time could be limited, owners should bench Morgan this week even in a favorable matchup.
